Tell your story well

& keep the Church

engaged in the mission.

Many of history’s most influential missionaries weren’t just pioneers in the field. They were storytellers, letter-writers, and advocates who kept the global Church’s imagination alive.

With the church behind them, these missionaries were able to take bold steps and lead millions of people to Jesus.

PROGRAM TIMELINE

  • To join an Digital Missions School Cohort you will need to apply at least one month before the orientation. This will allow you to complete the Preparation Phase in time.

  • Before you get to your cohort, you will need to complete some Virtual Labs and a few assignments. This will ensure you are ready to hit the ground running. This includes completing your assessment call and contract.

  • You will complete four hands-on workshops and labs, building your professional brand. This is the foundation of your communications plan.

  • This is where the rubber meets the road. Your coach will walk you through populating your website, building up a bank of engaging newsletters, and putting together a plan to regularly engage supports. Don’t worry. Our goal is to train good communicators, not social media stars.

These missionaries told their story well. We give you the tools to tell yours.

The Modern Field Kit

Today’s field requires new tools.

We provide missionaries with a Modern Field Kit—a set of tools that helps them become today’s storytellers, letter-writers, and advocates.  These are the invisible threads that hold every healthy village together and empower missionaries to stay in the field for years of impact.

Tools

Publishing Platforms

Your story deserves a home.

We set up beautiful, easy-to-manage websites that help missionaries share updates, publish stories, and connect their supporters to what God is doing.
Behind the scenes, we integrate secure hosting, domain setup, and newsletter tools — so every missionary can focus on ministry, not maintenance.

Contact Management

Every strong village starts with connection.

We design simple, automated systems for collecting and organizing contacts so missionaries can communicate consistently and personally. Whether it’s a signup form on a website or a QR code at an event, each interaction feeds into a structured, sustainable communication rhythm.

Donation Portals

Giving should be easy and trustworthy.

We implement secure, user-friendly donation systems that make it simple for supporters to give and for missionaries to track, thank, and report impact. From first-time gifts to recurring donations, we make sure every transaction builds long-term trust and fuels the mission.

Training

Using the tools

Confidence starts with understanding.

We walk missionaries through hands-on training sessions that demystify websites, email tools, and donation systems.

By the end, they don’t just have technology. They know how to use it wisely, securely, and strategically for ministry.

(Think: step-by-step onboarding, screen-sharing tutorials, and clear guides built for non-tech users.)

Building a brand & communications plan

Strategy turns chaos into clarity.

We help missionaries build personalized communication plans that outline when, how, and what to share with supporters. Each plan is designed to keep the entire village informed and inspired without overwhelming the missionary.

(Think: content calendars, storytelling frameworks, and supporter journey mapping.)

Writing engaging newsletters

Stories are what keep a village alive.

We teach missionaries how to write newsletters that people actually want to read: updates that focus on impact, not just activity.

Through simple storytelling techniques, we help them turn field reports into moments of shared joy, gratitude, and spiritual connection.

(Think: short, story-driven updates optimized for mobile readers and built on trust.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US (OUR VALUES):

Our primary goal is to help you share Jesus more. If we’re not doing that, we’re doing it wrong…

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.” (Romans 1:16, NIV)

01

We believe support raising and communicating is about serving. It’s less about you and more about your supporters.

“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave.” (Matthew 20:27, NIV)

02

We believe that support raisers have made a promise to their supporters.  We owe them a lot more than half-hearted sporadic communication.

“When you tell God you’ll do something, do it - now.  God takes no pleasure in foolish drivel.  Vow it, then do it.  Far better not to vow in the first place than to vow and not pay up.  Don’t let your mouth make a total sinner of you.” (Ecclesiastes 5:4-7, Message)

03

We believe that you win online (and offline) by giving, not taking. So we teach you how to give more than you take.

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” (Luke 6:38 NIV)

04

Our goal is to train good communicators, not social media stars.

We’re not asking missionaries to chase ‘likes’ and followers on social media. Instead, we stress consistent, clear, creative communication with their partners in ministry.

05

We believe that when missionaries are done with our training, their lives should be easier, not harder.

You already have a lot on your plate. While taking care of supporters does require effort, the tools we provide should make that process better, not harder.
